We are looking for a talented People Data Product Manager to join our global HR Insights and Data team in Copenhagen.

 

This person will lead the design, development, and scaling of advanced analytics products, data platforms, and predictive models that enable workforce decisions with speed, clarity, and confidence. They will own the full lifecycle of scalable people data products and act as the bridge between data science, stakeholder needs, and enterprise enablement.

 

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Owning and managing the end-to-end delivery of people analytics products, from problem definition and scoping to design, deployment, and iteration
  • Developing and scaling self-service dashboards and custom visualizations that make complex data actionable for HR, Finance, and business leaders
  • Leading the development of predictive and prescriptive models to support attrition risk, engagement forecasting, talent acquisition effectiveness, and workforce planning
  • Applying machine learning and NLP techniques (e.g., segmentation, regression, sentiment analysis) to surface insights from structured and unstructured dataBuild and maintain automated data pipelines and a scalable analytics infrastructure, including model governance and reusable toolkits
  • Ensuring high standards of data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and responsible model use
  • Staying current on emerging workforce analytics technologies and lead internal innovation through experimentation with new tools
  • Contributing to the evolution of the People Data Platform strategy in alignment with Pandora’s broader analytics and digital transformation goals

 

We are looking for a positive, self-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is determined to achieve outstanding results. We hope to see that you have the following experience. 

 

  • 5+ years proven experience in a data analytics, people analytics, or HR technology role—preferably within a global or matrixed organization
  • Hands-on expertise with programming languages and tools:
    • Python or R for data manipulation and model building
    • SQL for data extraction and large-scale joins from HR and enterprise systems (SuccessFactors)
  • Proficiency in data visualization platforms (eg) Power BI, Tableau, etc..
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and NLP libraries
  • Demonstrated track record of building and deploying predictive/prescriptive models in business contexts—preferably HR-focused (attrition, talent acquisition, engagement)
  • Working knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent)
