Manager, People Analytics & Data

City:  Copenhagen V
Country/Region:  DK
Application Deadline:  N/A

Are you a data analytics expert with a passion for HR and people technology? Do you want to join a global team and develop your career with the largest jewellery brand in the world? ... If so, look no further. This could be the job for you!

We are looking for an exceptional Manager, People Analytics & Data, to join our world class global People Strategy & Transformation team in Copenhagen.

This person will lead high-impact people analytics that turn people and business data into decision-ready insight for senior leaders. From running stakeholder discovery, defining decision levers and success criteria, scoping robust analytic approaches, delivering diagnostic and scenario analyses and finally crafting concise executive narratives and visuals that drive action – this is a role that is a key enabler to strategic decisions as we head into a new era with a new CEO. At the same time, you will partner closely with our Data & Analytics team in Digital & Technology to scale people-data products, where you will provide your expertise with model design and validation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic insight delivery — Lead priority analyses on organisation design, workforce planning, location strategy and other strategic people topics; present clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership that include trade-offs and quantified impact.
  • Stakeholder discovery & scoping — Run workshops to surface context, define decision levers, success metrics and acceptance criteria; translate business problems into measurable analytic plans.
  • Diagnostics & scenario analysis — Deliver rigorous descriptive and diagnostic work and business-facing scenario modelling using appropriate statistical judgement and sensitivity checks.
  • Narrative & visualization — Design executive packs and visuals that surface root causes, recommended actions, and uncertainty — prioritising clarity and actionability
  • Methodology & analytical rigor — Apply and promote best practices (validation logic, experiment design basics, uplift measurement, bias checks); document assumptions and limitations for every major analysis.
  • Support scaling of people data products — Provide model design input through proof of concept development and validate model outputs produced by Data Engineering/ML team
  • Mentoring & enablement — Coach analysts and HR partners in analysis design, interpretation and storytelling; run regular enablement sessions to raise analytics literacy across regions.

We are looking for a positive, self-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is determined to achieve outstanding results. We hope to see that you have the following experience:

  • 5+ years proven experience in a data analytics, people analytics, or HR technology role—preferably within a global or matrixed organization
  • Experience in stakeholder consulting and running discovery workshops
  • Expert visualisation & storytelling — choosing the right visual for the decision.
  • Solid applied statistics / interpretation (confidence intervals, correlation vs causation, basic experiment logic).
  • Strong Excel + pivoting and statistical comfort (aggregations, basic regressions).
  • SQL experience for extraction and joins.
  • Domain experience in People/HR analytics preferred.
