Manager, PMO

We are hiring a Manager, PMO to play a key role in evolving and enabling Pandora’s D&T ways of working. The role focuses on system-level design, governance, processes and adoption — ensuring that delivery across domains is aligned, scalable, and transparent.
Your Role
In this role, you will act as a steward of how D&T operates, working across domains, portfolio, and strategic initiatives to ensure that shared structures, governance, and delivery frameworks are clear, coherent, and consistently applied.
You will operate at the system and portfolio level, enabling adoption through clear guidance, facilitation, and collaboration across various function across D&T.
You will help reduce complexity, strengthen transparency, and ensure that ways of working across D&T are well-defined, understood, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, maintain, and evolve how D&T operates: frameworks, governance mechanisms, methods, templates, and tools.
- Facilitate co-creation with domains and teams to ensure standards are relevant, practical, and adopted.
- Develop and run onboarding, training, and capability-building programmes for teams and strategic initiatives.
- Provide internal consulting, coaching, and guidance on delivery setup, governance alignment, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement through structured feedback loops, lessons learned, and retrospectives.
- Monitor adherence to ways of working and provide light-touch quality assurance (health checks, reviews).
- Translate processes and governance models into tooling (e.g. Jira/Confluence) configurations and tool usage guidelines.
- Prepare and build foundations enabling Portfolio governance and ways of working into the era of AI.
- Collaborate across D&T to ensure consistency of delivery approaches across agile and plan-driven initiatives.
What Is Needed to Succeed
- 7+ years of experience in PMO, processes, Operating Models, and delivery governance roles within large-scale technology organisations
- Strong experience designing and stewarding delivery frameworks, governance models, and operating models (e.g. connecting intake, budgeting and prioritization with governance and execution)
- Excellent stakeholder management, narrative building and communication skills across senior and operational levels
- Proven ability to enable adoption through facilitation, clarity, and collaboration rather than formal authority
- Solid understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods
- Experience translating operating model concepts into process, governance artefacts and tooling standards
- Comfortable operating in complex, matrixed, global organisations
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe) are an advantage
