We’re seeking a Global Media Relations Manager to elevate Pandora’s presence across Danish and international media. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our global communications, shaping how we communicate our financial performance, sustainability efforts, executive leadership, and brand reputation.
The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in international media work, along with a strong ability to craft messaging on financials, sustainability, strategy, change communications, and other key corporate topics. You’ll play a central role in ensuring our stories resonate across borders and reflect the values and ambitions of Pandora.
Your Role: Be the Voice Behind the Brand
Step into a dynamic role where your expertise in media relations will shape how Pandora is seen and heard around the world. You’ll be a trusted advisor, a skilled storyteller, and a proactive partner to journalists and internal stakeholders alike. You will:

Lead proactive media outreach and respond to incoming inquiries

Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and opinion leaders

Craft compelling messages, press releases, and presentations that position Pandora strategically in the media

Advise and prepare executives for interviews and speaking engagements

Drive issues and crisis communication efforts both in Denmark and globally

Secure coverage and speaking opportunities that enhance Pandora’s reputation
Key Responsibilities: Drive Strategic Media Impact
You’ll lead initiatives that position Pandora at the forefront of global conversations — from crafting compelling narratives to managing reputational challenges. You will:

Develop and pitch newsworthy stories to Danish and international media

Handle media inquiries with professionalism and speed

Prepare media briefings and support executive interviews

Collaborate cross-functionally with our Executive Leadership Team, Internal Communications, Sustainability, and Investor Relations

Monitor and manage reputational risks and issues

Increase Pandora’s visibility in top-tier media outlets

Support global event participation and speaking engagements
What We’re Looking For: A Strategic Communicator
We’re looking for someone who combines editorial excellence with strategic insight. You understand the media landscape, thrive under pressure, and know how to build trust — both inside and outside the organisation. Ideally, you bring:

Master’s degree in communications, journalism, business economics, social studies, or a related field

5–8 years of experience in corporate communications and media relations, ideally within a listed global company

Experience with international media work and navigating global communications landscapes

Strong editorial and writing skills with attention to detail

Deep understanding of media dynamics and the sustainability agenda

Proven experience in issues management, preferably in a consumer-facing business

Solid experience with crafting messaging on financials, sustainability, strategy, change communications, and similar corporate topics

Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills

Structured, responsible, and thrives in a trust-based, caring work culture

Fluent in English; Danish is a plus
