Design & Deliver Strategic Marketing Initiatives and Capability Development

As Strategy & CMO Office Manager, you will be a key member of Pandora’s Global Marketing team, responsible for driving strategic initiatives and leading the end-to-end delivery of our Global Marketing Academy. This dual-role position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of marketing at Pandora by combining strategic project leadership with capability building across the function.


You will support the execution of strategic initiatives, translating insights or analysis into actionable workstreams and ensuring alignment with business priorities. In parallel, you will own the Marketing Academy, ensuring Marketing capability building. You will also contribute to broader initiatives within the Strategy and CMO Office, including strategic planning, change management, among others.


Your key responsibilities will be to:


Strategic Project Management & CMO Office

  • Drive and support the execution of complex, cross-functional strategic projects led by the Marketing function, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely delivery.
  • Translate strategic direction into actionable workstreams, helping to shape project scopes, define timelines, and coordinate execution across global and regional teams.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis, including benchmarking, market research, and performance tracking, to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for impact.
  • Partner closely with the Director of Strategy & CMO Office to provide structure, momentum, and clarity across key initiatives.
  • Develop high-quality communication materials (e.g., strategy documents, planning decks, progress updates) tailored to senior leadership and executive audiences.
  • Lead the coordination of leadership forums and business meetings, including agenda setting, content development, and follow-up on outcomes and actions.
  • Maintain a clear overview of the CMO Office’s strategic roadmap, ensuring coherence and progress across initiatives.
  • Contribute to change management efforts by supporting communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Respond to ad-hoc strategic requests from the CMO and leadership team with agility, insight, and a solution-oriented mindset.


Marketing Academy Leadership
•    Lead the strategic direction and continuous evolution of the Global Marketing Academy to meet changing business and capability needs.
•    Design and deliver impactful learning journeys across marketing disciplines, from onboarding to expert-level development.
•    Collaborate with internal experts and external partners to shape curriculum, define priorities, and ensure high-quality delivery.
•    Promote engagement, track participation and outcomes, and use data to continuously improve the Academy’s effectiveness.
•    Strengthen onboarding experiences and elevate the annual Global Marketing Academy Summit as a flagship learning event.
•    Champion Responsible Marketing and support capability-building initiatives across the organization.


The ideal candidate:

You bring a well-rounded mix of strategic, analytical, and capability-building experience. You’re a structured thinker with an analytical mindset, a natural collaborator, and someone who thrives on turning insights into action and impact as well as;


•    At least 4 years of experience in a combination of strategic project management and/or marketing disciplines—ideally blending analytical thinking with hands-on execution. 
•    Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable plans and insights.
•    Experience in strategic consulting is an advantage.
•    Excellent communication and storytelling skills — both in writing and in person — to engage stakeholders across levels.
•    Proven ability to structure and drive cross-functional initiatives in dynamic environments.
•    Ability to design practical, engaging materials tailored to specific audiences.
•    Strong project management skills and a high sense of ownership and structure.
•    Ability to influence and build partnerships across complex organizations.
