Manager, MarTech Strategy
We’re seeking a MarTech Strategy Manager to shape the future of Pandora’s global marketing technology landscape. In this newly created role, you’ll turn strategy into clear, actionable MarTech roadmaps that empower marketing teams worldwide with innovative, scalable solutions.
As part of the Cross-Channel Engagement Team in Global Marketing, you will be the strategic link between Marketing, IT, Data, and local markets—ensuring that business needs are well understood, clearly defined, and translated into the right technology priorities. This role blends strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and change management, all with a strong focus on innovation and preparing Pandora for the marketing capabilities of the future.
What You’ll Do

Define MarTech Strategy & Roadmap: Translate marketing strategy into technology requirements and co-lead solution design with IT.

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge business and technical teams; present roadmaps and consult leadership on priorities.

Steward Governance & Delivery: Maintain the MarTech stack blueprint from a Global Marketing perspective, document requirements, and partner with IT on delivery of new capabilities.

Champion Adoption: Lead change management, define best practices, and ensure consistent MarTech usage across markets.

Innovate for the Future: Monitor MarTech, AI, and automation trends; identify opportunities for real-time activation and lead pilots before rollout.

What We’re Looking For
-
7+ years in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, or MarTech Management, ideally in a global or matrix organization.

Proven experience leading MarTech initiatives and translating marketing strategies into technical roadmaps.

Strong knowledge of MarTech platforms (CRM, CDP, CMS, DAM, MRM, Analytics) and integrations.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to bridge marketing and technology perspectives.

Strategic thinker with a structured approach and focus on measurable outcomes.
Nice to Have:

Project Management certifications (Agile, PRINCE2, PIM).

Experience with global marketing organizations and vendor evaluation.

Knowledge of MarTech system architectures
