The Role
As Manager, Loyalty Expansion & Development you’ll lead the strategic growth and evolution of Pandora’s global loyalty programme, My Pandora. Sitting within our Global CRM & Loyalty team, you’ll report to the Senior Manager, CRM & Loyalty and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Channels, Data, Tech and Markets.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for expanding our loyalty footprint, enhancing programme value, and ensuring seamless integration across markets. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping how millions of customers engage with Pandora, driving both commercial success and emotional connection.
What you’ll own and lead:

Global expansion: Own the roadmap for loyalty programme rollouts in new markets and lead enhancements to existing offerings.

Strategic development: Design and execute loyalty initiatives that elevate the My Pandora experience and drive customer retention.

Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders and regional clusters to ensure alignment and smooth implementation.

Performance optimisation: Analyse customer insights and programme metrics to refine benefits and improve member engagement.

Stakeholder engagement: Act as a key point of contact for loyalty-related initiatives across the organisation.
Who you are
You’re a passionate loyalty expert with a strategic mindset and a collaborative spirit. You thrive in global environments and know how to turn customer insights into impactful programmes.
You’ll bring:

Proven experience in CRM and loyalty, ideally within retail.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working in a global organisation is a plus.

A customer-centric mindset and a data-driven approach to programme development.
