Pandora is strengthening its global advocacy and influencer ecosystem to drive brand heat, desirability, and cultural relevance at scale. As Senior Influencer & Talent Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering global influencer strategies that inspire local markets and elevate Pandora’s presence across social and cultural touchpoints.
This role is suited to an experienced influencer professional with a strong understanding of the global social and creator landscape, a proven ability to plan and measure impact-driven campaigns, and a passion for building meaningful partnerships within affordable luxury, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or jewellery.
Your Role
The Manager Influencer & Talent will lead global strategic planning, guidance, creative camapign and storytelling of influencer and talent projects as optimization of local influencer initiatives across markets. You will work closely with local clusters to adapt global frameworks into locally resonant influencer campaigns, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and strong brand expression creating a key balance between 360 global activations and always on creator storytelling.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Global Social and Press teams to deliver integrated, social-first influencer activations across campaigns, events, and always-on programs—balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making for best in class talent presence and winning position on talent amongst industry competitors.
Key Responsibilities
Global Influencer Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Lead the strategic planning of global influencer and talent initiatives, driving reach, amplification, and brand heat through both paid and organic partnerships.
- Develop clear global guidelines, frameworks, and best practices that enable local markets to execute impactful influencer campaigns.
- Ensure influencer strategies align with Pandora’s brand, creative direction, and social-first ambition.
Market Enablement & Local Collaboration
- Partner closely with local influencer teams to support the adaptation of global strategies for local relevance and cultural nuance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to markets, providing both strategic and creative input, performance insights, and optimisation recommendations.
Campaign Execution, Measurement & Optimisation
- Oversee influencer campaign planning from briefing through execution and reporting, ensuring clarity of objectives and KPIs.
- Apply a data-driven approach to evaluate performance, identify top-performing content, and extract learnings to inform future activations.
- Track global results and surface insights that demonstrate impact across reach, engagement, and brand desirability.
Always-On Seeding & Cultural Relevance
- Support always-on product seeding strategies informed by cultural, social, and key social trends.
- Identify high-performing creator content and results from markets for global social amplification, including UGC usage.
Press, Events & 360° Planning
- Collaborate closely with Press teams on integrated 360° planning for events, campaign launches, announcements, and cultural moments. Travel will be an expected part of 360 events.
- Support talent strategy for key global brand moments, ensuring influencer and press efforts are aligned and mutually reinforcing.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or advocacy within affordable luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or jewellery.
- Key international relationship within the talent and agency landscope.
- Proven track record of creating, managing, and measuring global influencer campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the social and influencer ecosystem, including platform dynamics, creator trends, and paid vs. organic approaches.
- Demonstrated experience working with global and local teams to adapt strategies at scale.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Established influencer and agency network, with a strong sense of cultural relevance and brand fit.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions in a global organisation.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
