As our new Group Financial Controller, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to this ongoing success. You will join a dedicated and professional finance team responsible for Group consolidation, Group controlling and external financial reporting of the Pandora Group. You will be working in an international environment with highly skilled and ambitious colleagues who are passionate about driving Pandora’s growth across our global footprint.
As Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in our Financial Controlling processes, offering expert financial guidance to ensure compliance with Pandora’s financial guidelines and IFRS. Additionally, you will play a proactive role in identifying and implementing process improvement to enhance efficiency and financial accuracy. You will work in a cross-functional playing field, combining core financial controlling with exciting strategic projects within the Group Reporting and IFRS space. You will gain wide-ranging exposure through collaboration with diverse stakeholders and exciting initiatives, including an ERP implementation and ad-hoc support on accounting-related matters.

Your key accountabilities will be to:
- Participating in the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing process, including consolidation and preparation of financial statements and notes
- Ensuring strong monthly controlling within your area of responsibility
- Ensuring compliance with Pandora’s financial guidelines and IFRS
- Building trusted relationships with cluster Finance Directors to improve reporting quality, identify opportunities and performance gaps to optimize and streamline processes beyond just monthly controlling
- Own and drive IFRS deep dives in selected areas
- Providing ad-hoc accounting guidance to the group’s subsidiaries
- Support the Group CFO and Investor Relations with ad-hoc analyses
- Take joint responsibility for improving processes that enable faster closing and greater transparency and quality in financial reporting

Being able to focus on the most important aspects is a key driver for being successful in this role. In addition, we would like you to have:
- A master’s degree in finance, preferably within business administration & controlling
- 5-7 years of solid experience in a Group Finance function or from a Big 4 audit firm
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle information you receive critically
- Know your way around the technical aspects of IFRS with a passion for staying up-to-date (although expert knowledge is not required)
- Experience in working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI and other data tools/platforms is a plus
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
