As our Manager, Global eCommerce, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Pandora’s AI Digital Selling programme - a multi-year initiative designed to redefine how customers engage with our brand across service, selling, and commerce experiences. Based at our Copenhagen HQ, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership with innovation, positioning Pandora at the forefront of AI-enabled retail.
AI innovation meets global orchestration
In this role, you will serve as the central and strategic driver of Pandora’s AI Digital Selling programme. You’ll establish strong governance, structured value tracking, and robust cross-functional execution across Global Ecommerce, Digital & Tech, Data & Analytics, Global Marketing, and market teams. Your mandate includes ensuring transparency, managing dependencies, and driving alignment at all levels.
You’ll also champion innovation by identifying emerging AI opportunities, scaling successful pilots into global capabilities, and fostering a culture of experimentation. This is an exciting opportunity to influence Pandora’s digital future and deliver measurable commercial impact through cutting-edge technology.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing strategic leadership for Pandora’s AI Digital Selling programme, shaping its multi-year roadmap
- Establishing and running programme governance, including decision forums and prioritisation processes
- Leading value tracking and impact measurement, ensuring clear visibility of ROI and EBIT implications
- Orchestrating cross-functional delivery across global teams and markets
- Driving adoption and scaling of AI initiatives globally, including virtual selling and automation
- Delivering executive-ready communication, synthesising complexity into clear insights for senior leadership
- Identifying and managing programme risks, proactively driving mitigation and resolution
- Championing innovation and experimentation, shaping pathways from pilot to global-scale capability
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and cohesive decision-making
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- 5–8+ years of experience in programme management, digital product leadership, ecommerce transformation, AI/ML initiatives, or strategy
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, digital commerce, and emerging LLM/agentic technologies
- Proven experience leading cross-functional programmes with senior stakeholder interaction
- Strong governance, value-tracking, and portfolio-management capabilities
- Preferred: experience in AI-enabled customer experiences, agile ways of working, or retail/ecommerce contexts
- Management consulting or strategy experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment
- Strategic thinking combined with structured execution and a bias for action
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in English

From our Copenhagen HQ, we collaborate across functions and markets to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. You will report into the Senior Director, eCommerce Analytics & Insights and have 1 direct report.
