Your mission: Lead the transformation of Pandora’s global ecommerce trading by driving high-impact, forward-looking actions, embedding cross-functional accountability, and aligning trading execution with strategic priorities to drive sustainable digital growth.
In this role, you’ll be reporting to Global eCommerce Senior Director and you’ll be at the forefront of our global ecommerce performance — leading the charge to optimize commercial outcomes, shape product and content strategies, and build a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across markets.
Key responsibilities

Own and lead global ecommerce trading forums, distilling performance into clear insights, actions, and opportunities — and ensuring accountability across markets and global teams

Drive digital trade actions by collaborating closely with cross-functional partners (e.g., marketing, CRM, merchandising, analytics) to align on priorities and execute high- impact initiatives

Lead and evolve key trading processes — continuously improving ways of working to increase agility, consistency, and commercial impact

Stay ahead of market and consumer trends, identifying early signals and turning them into actionable plans that drive growth

Act as a catalyst for continuous improvement, challenging the status quo and encouraging experimentation, learning, and innovation across the ecommerce ecosystem

Champion best practices, ensuring successful tactics, learnings, and frameworks are shared and scaled globally

Build and deliver clear, data-backed narratives that influence trading strategy, inform planning, and unlock commercial opportunities

Ensure ecommerce campaigns, launches, and key commercial moments are executed with commercial effectiveness, and full alignment to brand standards

Lead, mentor, and support team members or cross-functional partners to foster collaboration, and ensure effective execution of ecommerce trading initiatives
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for a proactive, forward-thinking ecommerce manager who brings both the rigor of data-driven decision making and the creativity to challenge the status quo. You’re someone who doesn't just execute plans — you spot opportunities, shape them, and drive them forward with confidence.
You balance the art and science of digital trading — understanding how to optimize performance while keeping the end-to-end digital consumer journeys and brand experience in mind. You're naturally curious, always seeking ways to improve, test, and innovate — and you bring others along with you through strong relationships and clear communication. You’ll ideally bring:

A commercial and consumer-centric mindset, with a track record of turning insights into tangible business impact

Strong knowledge of key digital trading levers — including onsite optimisation (assortment, pricing, content, promotions) and offsite drivers such as performance media, CRM, and traffic acquisition

A deep understanding of end-to-end digital journeys and how to optimize across the funnel

Proven ability to build trust and collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global stakeholders

Proven experience in managing, coaching, and developing teams or stakeholders to achieve business goals and ensure their continuous growth

Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with clarity and focus

A growth mindset of continuous improvement, always questioning how things can be done better, smarter, and more efficiently

Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
