As the Ecommerce Analytics & Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in evolving our online platform, identifying opportunities, and guiding strategic decisions through deep-dive analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis & Optimization:

  • Conduct in-depth analyses to assess the impact of new digital features on commercial and brand performance.
  • Identify and size new opportunities to enhance the customer experience and maximize revenue.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that support ecommerce growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with teams across Marketing, Digital & Technology, Data & Analytics, and local markets to align insights and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as a central point of contact, ensuring hypotheses, learnings, and improvements are effectively shared.

Project Leadership & Decision-Making:

  • Lead strategic projects integrating analytics with business strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze ecommerce trends to support continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

 

What You Bring to the Team

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, IT/Computer Science, or Data Science.
  • 4+ Years of experience in ecommerce analytics, digital strategy, or a related field.
  • Management consulting and/or in-house strategy experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint), web analytics tools, and platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with programming languages for analytics (Python, SQL, R) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
