Redefine Ecommerce Strategy at Pandora

As our Manager, Global eCommerce Analytics & Strategy – Interim, you will be at the heart of this transformation, driving strategic decisions through advanced analytics & AI and influencing the evolution of our global eCommerce platform.
This role is more than numbers and strategic intent; it’s about storytelling through data, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams across the organization to optimize customer journeys, enhance digital performance, and fuel Pandora’s bold growth ambitions.
On a day-to-day basis your work will involve strategic analytics & optimization, cross-functional collaboration and project leadership and decision-making.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Align insights and strategies across departments, ensuring learnings and recommendations are shared effectively.

Co-lead the AI Digital Selling strategic big bet – a newly established programme for Pandora to be at the forefront of the shifting ecommerce landscape due to AI

Lead strategic projects that integrate analytics with business objectives.

Perform deep-dive analyses to measure the impact of new digital features on commercial performance and brand engagement.

Identify, size, and prioritize opportunities that improve customer experience and maximize revenue potential.

Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and drive ecommerce growth.

Act as a trusted advisor to teams across Marketing, Digital & Technology, Data & Analytics, and local markets.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to influence decision-making and champion data-driven strategies.

Monitor ecommerce trends and competitive benchmarks to support continuous innovation.

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a clear, compelling manner.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

4+ years of experience in ecommerce analytics, digital strategy, or related fields.

Background in management consulting or in-house strategy roles is a strong plus.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, IT/Computer Science, or Data Science.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint), familiarity with web analytics tools, and visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.

Familiarity with programming languages for analytics (Python, SQL, R) is an advantage.

Fluent in English.
