As our Manager, Global eCommerce & AI Digital Selling, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Pandora’s AI Digital Selling programme — a multi‑year initiative designed to redefine how customers engage with our brand across service, selling, and commerce experiences. Based at our Copenhagen HQ, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, enabling Pandora to test, learn, and scale AI use cases at speed.

 

AI innovation meets rapid experimentation

In this role, you will establish and run the AI experimentation and enablement engine for Global eCommerce. You’ll design the operating model that governs how ideas are sourced, prioritised, piloted, and scaled — ensuring that Pandora can confidently explore emerging AI opportunities while maintaining alignment with strategic priorities.

 

You’ll also drive adoption and build an AI‑first culture across eCommerce teams, ensuring that pilots translate into real usage and measurable impact. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, project management, vendor collaboration, and change enablement, this role is essential to embedding AI innovation into the fabric of Pandora’s digital organisation.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

AI experimentation operating model

  • Designing and running the end‑to‑end experimentation framework, including idea intake, prioritisation, pilot design, success criteria, and scale/kill decisions.

 

Use case & portfolio coordination

  • Managing a portfolio of AI experiments and pilots, ensuring alignment with programme priorities and strategic objectives.

 

Vendor & partner selection process

  • Leading and coordinating AI vendor scouting, evaluation, and selection processes in collaboration with D&T, Procurement, and Legal.

 

Pilot orchestration & oversight

  • Coordinating pilots across teams, tracking progress, managing dependencies, and supporting the transition from pilot to scaled implementation.

 

AI enablement & adoption

  • Driving awareness, understanding, and adoption of AI capabilities across eCommerce teams, ensuring tools and pilots translate into real usage.

 

Culture of AI innovation

  • Building visibility of AI initiatives, highlighting successes, surfacing learnings, and developing internal champions to strengthen an AI‑first mindset.

 

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Innovation, or a related field
  • 4–7+ years of experience in programme management, innovation, digital transformation, or technology initiatives
  • Proven experience running pilots, PoCs, or experimentation portfolios
  • Experience working with vendors, partners, and procurement processes
  • Familiarity with AI, digital platforms, or emerging technologies preferred
