As our new Manager, Commercial AI, Global Ecommerce, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering the next generation of AI‑enabled customer experiences. Based at our Copenhagen HQ, this role offers an exciting opportunity to combine strategic thinking with commercial impact - helping Pandora transform how customers discover, consider, and purchase jewellery across digital and physical touchpoints.
AI innovation meets global ecommerce execution
In this role, you will be responsible for the execution, rollout, and continuous evolution of Pandora’s AI Digital Selling experiences, with a primary focus on AI‑driven chatbots and virtual selling journeys across ecommerce. You’ll work closely with Retail counterparts to explore how online AI capabilities can be adapted or activated in physical stores, ensuring a unified and customer‑centric selling experience across channels.
Acting as the global business owner for AI selling capabilities, you’ll help translate strategic priorities, into a clear roadmap, and orchestrate cross‑functional delivery in collaboration with eCommerce, Retail, Customer Service, Digital & Technology, and the AI Digital Selling Program team. With a commercial mindset and strong product intuition, you’ll ensure our AI selling solutions deliver measurable value, seamless CX, and scalable global adoption.

Your key responsibilities will include:
AI Digital Selling vision

Identifying opportunities for AI to enhance discovery, consideration, and conversion across pandora.net and in‑store journeys

Staying up to date on AI trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies
AI Selling roadmap & execution

Shaping the roadmap for AI selling use cases and virtual advisor journeys

Translating strategic priorities into concrete features and customer‑facing experiences

Leading global rollouts of AI selling capabilities and ensuring expansion across markets
Chatbot & virtual Selling ownership

Acting as the global business owner for AI selling bots

Ensuring unified customer experience across selling and service bots
-
Continuously optimizing journeys based on data, insights, and customer feedback
Cross-functional collaboration

Partnering with Retail teams to infuse in‑store “selling ceremonies” into online AI journeys

Exploring opportunities to activate AI selling capabilities in physical retail

Collaborating closely with D&T, Data, Customer Service, and Global Ecommerce teams
Market & stakeholder engagement

Evaluating ideas from markets and business units, considering feasibility and scalability

Supporting markets in adoption, rollout, and understanding of AI selling capabilities

Acting as a central coordinator between Global Ecommerce, Retail, Customer Service, and D&T
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

4-7+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital selling, product management, or digital transformation

Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven solutions - ideally chatbots, virtual advisors, or agentic journeys

Proven commercial mindset with a track record of delivering business impact

Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, especially with technical and business teams

Comfort navigating emerging technologies and translating opportunities into scalable solutions

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Analytical, structured, and execution‑driven approach

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tooling
