About the team
The Global Strategy & Business Development team reports directly to Pandora’s CEO and plays a pivotal role in defining and executing our long-term strategy. We partner with senior and executive leaders across all functions and regions to deliver data-driven insights, identify strategic opportunities, and lead business critical projects across markets and functions. We combine a collaborative spirit with sharp problem-solving skills – and we’re proud to do it in a supportive and fun team environment.

 


What you’ll do
As a Manager in the Global Strategy & Business Development team, you will lead cross-functional strategic projects or multiple complex workstreams end-to-end. You will be responsible for defining problem statements, driving alignment across senior stakeholders, and ensuring impactful execution. You’ll play a key role in coaching and developing more junior team members.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading strategic projects from initial scoping through execution and impact realization, ensuring alignment with Pandora’s global priorities and collaboration across markets and functions
  • Managing project teams and multiple workstreams, providing direction, removing roadblocks, and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of results
  • Developing strategic recommendations through rigorous analysis, business case development, and cross-functional input – and translate insights into actionable initiatives
  • Facilitating engagement with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment, buy-in, and momentum throughout project lifecycles
  • Coaching and developing junior team members, providing feedback, support, and day-to-day guidance to enable their growth and contribution
  • Driving implementation of strategic initiatives, working closely with business owners to embed solutions and monitor outcomes

 

 

What we are looking for
We are looking for an impact-oriented Manager to lead high-priority initiatives and guide teams through ambiguity to results. You combine strong analytical acumen with stakeholder management and leadership skills, and you’re passionate about driving real business outcomes. You’ll play a central role in executing Pandora’s strategy and developing talent within the team.

To succeed in this role, you ideally bring:

  • 4–6 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or in a strategic role with increasing leadership responsibility
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams or complex workstreams, from scoping through execution and implementation
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and design clear, structured solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing and aligning mid-to-senior level stakeholders
  • Leadership and coaching mindset, with experience guiding junior team members and creating an environment for growth
  • Business-oriented mindset, with the ability to connect strategy to commercial impact and operational execution
  • Fluency in English; other languages relevant to key Pandora markets are a plus
  • Master’s degree in business, strategy, or related field
  • Experience in retail, consumer goods, or omnichannel environments is an advantage
