Now, we’re looking for a Global Retail Operations Manager (Front of House) to help shape the future of our in‑store experience across the globe. 

 

The Role 

As our new Global Retail Operations Manager (FOH), you will play a pivotal role in elevating how Pandora stores operate and how customers experience our brand. You will define global store standards, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless integration between digital and physical touchpoints. 

Reporting to the Global Director, Retail Operations, you’ll be a key stakeholder in major global initiatives—including the rollout of Pandora’s new POS system and the evolution of our omnichannel capabilities. 

In this role, you will influence multiple regions, collaborate cross‑functionally, and lead global transformation projects that shape the everyday experience of our store teams and consumers. 

  

Key Responsibilities 

Global Standards & Process Excellence 

  • Own and continuously evolve the global retail playbook to drive simplicity, consistency, and efficiency across markets. 

  • Act as a strategic business partner in launching Pandora’s new global POS system, ensuring workflows and processes are optimized for omnichannel Retail. 

  • Streamline non-selling activities, improving employee and customer experiences. 

Omnichannel Execution 

  • Define and implement best practices for Click & Collect, Ship-from-Store, and other omnichannel journeys. 

  • Partner with markets and cross-functional teams to deliver frictionless customer experiences that harmonize digital convenience with Pandora’s brand experience. 

  • Assess and elevate store readiness to support omnichannel services at scale. 

 

Performance & Insights 

  • Establish and own global KPIs and reporting frameworks that increase visibility into operational performance. 

  • Lead the redesign of store reporting tools to enhance insight-driven decision-making. 

  • Identify simplification opportunities through data analysis, market visits, and feedback. 

 

Collaboration & Leadership 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional retail leaders, sharing best practices and aligning on priorities. 

  • Partner closely with Technology, Digital, Training, and Marketing teams to ensure operational initiatives support customer strategies. 

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of specialists driving global execution excellence. 

 

Innovation & Future Thinking 

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to bring forward-thinking solutions to Pandora’s retail network. 

  • Support Pandora’s broader retail transformation agenda, ensuring global operational readiness for new experiential and omnichannel innovations. 

  

What We’re Looking For 

  • 5–8 years of experience in global or multi-market retail operations, preferably within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail. 

  • Proven experience leading transformation projects, implementing systems, or driving omnichannel execution. 

  • Strong understanding of how digital and physical retail intersect to create exceptional customer journeys. 

  • Skilled in designing metrics and reporting frameworks that connect operational excellence with commercial outcomes. 

  • A collaborative influencer comfortable navigating complex, cross-functional environments. 

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of thriving in dynamic, fast-paced settings. 

  

Your Background 

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. 

  • Excellent English communication skills. 

  • Ability to travel up to 25 days per year.
