We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager, Global Retail Operations to lead the creation and evolution of retail processes across Pandora’s global network. In this high-impact role, you will drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global retail standards—focusing on operational efficiency, inventory control, and in-store excellence. 

As a key leader in our Global Retail Operations team, you will collaborate with regional markets, cross-functional partners, and senior leaders, to shape scalable solutions that elevate the customer experience and improve store performance worldwide. 

  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Working closely with the Director, Global Retail Operations, develop and lead the global strategy for retail operations standards focused on driving consistency in inventory handling, stockroom management, and operational execution across all markets 

  • Partner with regional retail leaders to identify challenges, align on priorities, and co-create solutions that address local needs within a global framework 

  • Oversee the development and rollout of SOPs, toolkits, and training materials to ensure effective adoption of operational standards 

  • Drive strategic initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, store efficiency, and process improvement, while protecting the brand and selling culture and ensuring alignment with global KPIs 

  • Manage and mentor a Retail Operations specialist, while fostering a culture of operational excellence 

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Loss Prevention, Global Business Services, Retail Tech, Distribution Centres, and Global Security, to embed operations into broader business initiatives 

  • Lead pilot programs in key markets, analyze results, and scale successful practices globally 

  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track progress and optimize operational performance 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 7+ years of experience in retail operations, including multi-market or global roles 

  • Proven track record of leading operational transformation and driving measurable business results 

  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability 

  • Deep understanding of store operations, inventory management, and retail systems 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable influencing at all levels of the organization 

  • Experience in building and scaling operational processes, training programs, and knowledge frameworks 

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and embedding new systems and tools  

  • Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
