Do you want to play a key role in Pandora’s transformation journey by implementing innovative talent acquisition processes and technologies? Join us and help shape the future of recruitment at the world’s largest jewellery company.
As Manager, Global Recruitment Operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Pandora’s transformation within the Talent Acquisition (TA) function. You will both support and lead change initiatives focused on enhancing global recruitment processes, systems, and operational efficiency — aligned with the prioritised TA roadmap and broader HR strategic objectives. You will manage projects and workstreams, ensuring successful delivery across scope, time, and budget. In this role, you’ll be responsible for embedding new ways of working in both global and local recruitment teams across Pandora's various functions, leveraging technology and best practices to improve scalability, elevate the candidate experience, and drive hiring effectiveness.
A core part of your role will involve designing and executing communication and change management strategies to drive adoption and enable the successful rollout of new recruitment tools, processes, and platforms. Your key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage projects and lead individual workstreams/support projects
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders and process owners to implement and embed recruitment-related change initiatives
- Partner with business, IT, and HR stakeholders to support organisational transformation through the adoption of new people, process, and technology initiatives
- Develop clear and engaging presentation materials for key stakeholders
- Provide data and insights to report on project status, risks, and issues
- Support project implementation and participate in reviews to track adoption, benefit realisation, and issue resolution

Ideally, you are a great communicator, you collaborate well, and you can operate as part of a team as well as manage cross-functional stakeholders.
