Play a key role by managing and expanding an important strategic area at Pandora

 

The Global Partner Channels team is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen as part of Global Commercial Operations. The team is responsible for providing global leadership and driving an ambitious agenda across our partner businesses, which include distributors, franchisees, and multibrand partners.

 

Multibrand plays a pivotal role in the company’s growth strategy with an aggressive focus on generating additional profitable revenue for the company while supporting Pandora’s vision of becoming the largest and most desirable brand in the accessible jewellery market. The current business includes department stores, independent jewellers, and jewellery chains, comprising international brands such as Dillard’s, Christ, and El Corte Inglés.

 

In this role, you will lead the overall strategy and efforts to optimise and expand our Multibrand business while working closely with other Global Office functions, such as Marketing, Merchandising, and Finance, as well as our global markets. Your primary focus will be to set an overall global strategic direction ensuring the development of ambitious network plans to expand our footprint, helping partners drive growth within their businesses, and leading high-priority initiatives to ensure excellence across our Multibrand operations.

 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Lead the team responsible for multibrand within Global Partner Channels, setting a clear and ambitious strategic direction and delivering impactful profitable growth to Pandora.
  • Work with global functions and local markets to secure ambitious network expansion plans, while driving LFL growth across existing points-of-sale through identifying, structuring, and sharing best practices.
  • Engage on topics related to multibrand across Pandora, ensuring that there is strong internal awareness and engagement towards making Pandora an excellent and preferred wholesale partner.
  • Identify and lead new growth opportunities such as distribution of gift cards across third-parties or pursuing new potential types of multibrand partners
  • Facilitate strong stakeholder collaboration between headquarters, markets, and partners, e.g., through leading regular check-ins, conducting market visits, and organizing events and meetings for key partners.
  • Deliver insightful and actionable analyses and reports on commercial performance to identify further opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Develop strategic and effective presentations to communicate findings, recommendations and progress to senior leadership across the business.

We are seeking an ambitious, results-oriented professional with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a strong strategic and commercial mindset. You thrive in dynamic environments, excel at managing multiple priorities, and have a proven track record of driving strategic outcomes and delivering commercial growth in consumer-facing industries. More specifically, you come with: 

 

  • Minimum 4–5 years in commercial, strategic, or wholesale roles, ideally within fast-paced, global organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in consumer-facing businesses, with specific experience in retail and wholesale considered a significant advantage.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities, with a proven capacity to deliver impactful results through collaboration with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Advanced strategic skillset, including the ability to craft compelling, actionable presentations tailored to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret commercial results and provide data-driven, actionable insights based on financial KPIs.
  • High-level expertise in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
