In this exciting role, you will develop and implement personalized service offerings, with a strong focus on online engraving operations. You will be responsible for implementing global, scalable service offerings to our customers, delivered with good quality and in an efficient and cost-effective way. This includes creating and driving standard processes, frameworks and structured ways of working, across global and local teams.
Connector Between Operations and Innovation
As Manager, Global Operations Services, you’ll join Pandora’s Global Operations Excellence team in Copenhagen.
You will be the global voice of our local Operations (functions such as fulfilment, logistics and customer relations) in the core cross-functional engraving team, driving structured collaboration across New Product Introductions (NPI), innovation initiatives, and fulfillment centers. You'll also support broader personalization initiatives across Global Operations, applying your structured mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders across Pandora, including Distribution Centers, Digital Operations, Omni Operations Product Line, Retail Operations, and 3rd party vendors. With your proactive and people-centered approach, you’ll navigate complexity, align cross-functional teams, and help shape the future of Operations at Pandora.
Key Responsibilities

Represent Operations in cross-functional teams focused on online engraving and personalization initiatives.

Develop and maintain global frameworks and structured ways of working for online engraving processes.

Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of operational processes to enhance scalability and efficiency.

Implement global standards across regions, securing operational feasibility and cost optimization.

Act as a primary contact point for new online engraving opportunities and inquiries.

Stay updated on the latest technologies to optimize operational solutions.

Support broader services and operations standardization beyond online engraving.
What We’re Looking For
You are an organized and proactive manager who thrives on bringing structure to complexity. You love collaborating across functions, are energized by continuous improvement, and have a sharp eye for operational excellence.
You’ll bring:

3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.

Experience working in a global or HQ-level operations environment.

Strong understanding of system flows vs. physical flows.

Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (certification is a plus).

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Additionally:

Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and workshop facilitation is highly valued.

A mindset that is humble, hungry for improvement, and highly people-centric.
