  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance against KPIs, ensuring revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets are met.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital partnership models to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Maintain frameworks to measure partner performance metrics, customer acquisition trends, and market insights to guide strategic decisions.

  • Stay up to date on innovations in e-commerce, multi-brand platforms, and consumer behaviors.

Operational Excellence

  • Partner with specialist teams to optimize operational aspects of partner relationships, including pricing, assortment planning, and marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to oversee integration efforts and ensure seamless data flow between Pandora’s systems and partner platforms.

  • Support inventory and order management processes to minimize disruptions and enhance fulfillment efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as a key liaison between global, regional, and external partners, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies.

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing insights into partner performance, market opportunities, and strategic risks.

  • Serve as a sparring partner for regional teams, strengthening their capabilities in managing and growing digital partnerships.

Who You Are

To thrive in this role, you must be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital commerce, partner management, and data analysis. You’re proactive, adaptable, and excel at managing complex projects in a cross-functional, global environment.
