Manager, Digital Content Creator
Manager, Digital Content Creator
As our new Manager, Digital Content Creator, you’ll be the creative force behind how our brand comes to life in the digital retail space. This role is both visionary and hands-on: you’ll transform ideas into compelling digital narratives that shape the customer experience across our global retail network.
This is a designer-led role and an opportunity to create, innovate, and inspire. You’ll apply your design expertise and strategic thinking to craft storyboards, motion content, and immersive visual experiences that elevate Pandora’s in-store expression. If you thrive on making ideas tangible, enjoy shaping emotionally resonant narratives, and want to influence how millions of customers experience Pandora every day, this role is for you.
About the role
As Manager, Digital Content Creator you’ll design, create, and lead the end-to-end development of digital content—from concept and narrative exploration to hands-on production and global delivery. You’ll serve as the link between campaign strategy and in-store digital expression, ensuring our storytelling is consistent, beautiful, and impactful.
Your role combines creative craft with operational oversight: you’ll design and animate content, guide vendors, and explore emerging technologies (including AI) to enhance our creative output. You’ll champion innovation and set new standards for how digital storytelling comes to life on our windows and in-store screens.
You’ll make an impact by:
· Creating and leading digital content for global retail environments from initial concept to final execution.
· Designing storyboards and shaping visual narratives that translate global campaigns into engaging, on-brand storytelling for in-store screens and seasonal activations.
· Bringing hands-on expertise in motion design, typography, pacing, and emotional tone to every project.
· Managing multiple projects, timelines, and budgets across regions and formats.
· Partnering closely with cross-functional teams to align creative execution with commercial and brand priorities.
· Overseeing vendors and production partners to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost control.
· Driving curiosity, continuous improvement, and creative exploration within the team.
About you
You’re a creator at heart and a leader by nature. You love designing, animating, and shaping stories, while guiding teams and processes with clarity and purpose. You understand the intersection of design, storytelling, and technology, and you bring structure to complexity without losing creative energy.
You’ll need:
· 5–8 years’ experience in digital content creation, motion design, or consumer-focused creative roles.
· 3–5 years of leadership experience managing creative teams.
· Proven ability to design and produce motion content, storyboards, animations, and prototypes.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro.
· A refined sense of visual storytelling, narrative pacing, and emotional tone.
· Strong organisational and project-management skills, with the ability to navigate tight timelines.
· Experience within retail, fashion, beauty, jewellery, FMCG, or global creative environments.
· Fluency in English and ability to travel 10–20 days per year.
