About the role 

As Manager, Digital Content Creation, you’ll lead the planning, development and execution of digital content for Pandora’s Retail digital windows and in-store touchpoints. Sitting within Store Creative as part of the Campaign Design team, you will act as the bridge between global campaign strategy and in-store expression - ensuring our storytelling is consistently and beautifully translated into physical retail environments. 

You’ll oversee end-to-end digital content workflows: from concept development and narrative shaping, through production and vendor management, to final delivery across regions. Working closely with stakeholders across Creative, Marketing, Retail and Technology, you’ll bring clarity, structure and inspiration to every stage of the creative process. 

A key part of your role will be driving innovation and operational excellence - exploring new tools, workflows and emerging technologies (including AI) to improve efficiency, scale creative output and strengthen the in-store experience. 

  

You’ll make an impact by: 

• Leading digital content planning, briefing and production for global retail environments. 

• Translating global campaigns into engaging, on-brand storytelling tailored for in-store screens and seasonal activations. 

• Managing multiple projects, timelines and budgets across regions and formats. 

• Partnering closely with cross-functional teams to align creative execution with commercial and brand priorities. 

• Overseeing vendors and production partners to ensure quality, efficiency and cost control. 

• Guiding visual storytelling through strong typography, pacing, motion and narrative intent. 

• Encouraging curiosity, continuous improvement and creative exploration within the team. 

  

About you 

You’re a hands-on, strategic creative who understands the intersection of design, storytelling and technology. You bring structure to complexity, communicate with clarity and empathy, and enjoy working closely with others to achieve outstanding results. 

  

You’ll need: 

• Five to eight years’ experience in marketing, digital content creation or consumer-focused creative roles. 

• Three to five years of leadership experience managing digital or motion design teams. 

• Experience within retail, fashion, jewellery, FMCG or global creative environments. 

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong capability in After Effects, Premiere Pro and motion design. 

• A refined sense of visual storytelling, narrative pacing and emotional tone. 

• Strong organisational and project-management skills, with the ability to navigate tight timelines. 

• Fluency in English and the ability to travel 10–20 days per year.
