We are currently looking for a Creative Development Manager who will be responsible for designing custom Pandora stores that require solutions beyond standard concept toolbox. This person will be responsible for designing store layout, fixture and furniture and supporting the marked store planning team in realizing the store.

 

Ideally, this person will be a strong creative but also be skilled with stakeholder and project management. On key projects, like new retail concepts and flagship stores, you will work together with the broader Store Creative & Design department contributing with expect creative and process skills securing that great, commercial design solutions are realized. You will drive innovation, constantly seeking to improve and optimize Pandora’s store concepts. As a strong presenter, you will be using both your communication and visual design skills to convey your ideas to our many stakeholders.

 

This role reports into the Director of Concept Development and partner closely with our Creative Studio, Store Planning Managers and the Global Indirect Procurement team in your day-to-day work. Together, you will elevate our store experience while building cross functional processes and alignment to ensure on-time, on-budget scalable solutions

 

 

Key Accountabilities

 

Driving desirability into concept stores. Store design and planning of key store projects. End-to-end responsibility from design to implementation. Onsite support and market cooperation. Owning white-box specifications and bespoke design solutions.

 

  • Design key location stores that require solutions beyond standard concept toolbox. Making 2D and 3D layouts and high-quality renders.
  • Liaising with market architects to secure optimal store design and execution of store layouts.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to develop and design stores bespoke store layout and experiences including bridging digital into the physical space.
  • Design and develop bespoke furniture and fixture solutions. Ensuring a constant balance between quality and cost.
  • Manage project timelines, design budget and communications to relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive the development of new store fixtures and displays and bring them to market.
  • External agency and supplier management.

 

What is Needed to Succeed 

 

  • A minimum of 8 years of architectural design experience is required with minimum 5 years in retail design, store planning or architectural project management. Store design and project management experience required. Degree in architecture, interior design, or industrial design preferred. Strives in an international environment and good at navigating in a large organization.
  • Strong skill set in fixture design and 3D visualizations.
  • Experience with retail prototyping, testing and vendor relations.
  • Strong business management skills with a demonstrated ability to create and lead projects
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time.
  • Speak and write English fluently and used to working in an international environment. Great communication and presentation skills required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Revit, Rhino or other 3D visualizations.
  • Some travel is required.
