At Pandora, we’re on the lookout for a strategic and detail-driven professional to help orchestrate the rhythm of our global HR operations. If you’re passionate about turning complexity into clarity and enabling impactful people strategies, this could be your next big move.
The Commercial People Operations & Business Cadence Manager is a key member of Pandora’s People function, ensuring operational excellence and rhythm in how we manage the commercial people agenda. With a strong mix of operational acumen and people focus, you will help drive performance rhythm, rigor, and readiness across global HR execution.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead and coordinate the core operational rhythms that support our global people agenda:
- Business Cadence Leadership: Own and manage the global operating rhythm, including Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Executive Leadership Team (ELT) updates, and annual people planning cycles.
- Talent & Workforce Ops: Support talent routines such as succession planning, calibration prep, and talent reviews by coordinating inputs and materials across clusters and timelines.
- Narrative Development: Create high-quality presentation materials and leadership narratives that translate workforce data into clear, compelling messages for executive forums.
- People Reporting: Oversee operationalisation of key people dashboards (e.g., attrition, engagement) and ensure their integration into regular HR reporting and planning processes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate timely information-gathering and alignment across regional HR leads and support functions to ensure accurate, consolidated reporting.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain consistent templates, documentation, and knowledge-sharing platforms to promote best practice and enable efficient operations across HR teams.
- Follow-up Governance: Track and manage delivery of action items and decisions from key leadership forums to ensure accountability and progress.
- Internal Event Execution: Support the execution of recurring internal people-focused events such as operational planning sessions, HR roundtables, and leadership engagement forums.
- Point of Contact: Serve as the central liaison for SVP-level coordination across HR clusters, support functions, and strategic communications.
