We are looking for a Manager, Category Management, Construction to join Pandora’s Global Procurement team in Copenhagen.
About the Team
As part of Pandora’s transformation towards “Buying as One Pandora,” our Global Procurement function is driving best-in-class sourcing and supply chain practices across all categories.
Within this setup, Retail Procurement plays a vital role in supporting Pandora’s retail expansion—ensuring our store designs, builds, and refurbishments reflect the brand’s quality, sustainability, and operational excellence.
The Role
You’ll lead procurement activities across general construction, developing and executing sourcing strategies for store builds, refurbishments, and related construction services globally.
Working closely with stakeholders across Design, Creative, Sustainability, Finance, and Global Network, you’ll help shape how Pandora brings its stores to life—efficiently, sustainably, and with excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for general construction.

Lead end-to-end procurement processes: RFI/RFQ/RFP, negotiations, supplier selection, and contracting.

Manage supplier relationships and performance, driving continuous improvement.

Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities across projects.

Integrate sustainability and governance into all sourcing decisions.
What We’re Looking For

7+ years of procurement experience, including 3+ years in construction or retail fit-out.

A Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Business, or similar.

Strong knowledge of construction procurement and contracting.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in a global environment and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
