We’re now looking for a Business Cost Consulting Manager to join our team in Copenhagen, reporting to the Senior Director, Global Cost Office. This global role offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead cost initiatives that deliver meaningful impact across Pandora’s operations, supporting our ambition to enhance efficiency and reinvest in growth.

 

In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner, leading the development and execution of cost initiatives across global and cluster tracks. Working closely with Senior Business leader with the support of Finance and Procurement, you’ll challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and build robust business cases that drive sustainable impact. You’ll guide initiatives through a structured decision-making process, facilitate workshops, align stakeholders, and create clear execution roadmaps. You’ll also help strengthen organizational capability by introducing standardized tools and approaches, fostering a cost-conscious culture and contributing directly to Pandora’s bottom line.

 

What You’ll Drive - Key Responsibilities

  • Build business cases with Senior leaders of Pandora, including financial modeling, savings estimates, and risk assessments.
  • Lead the development and progression of cost initiatives through Pandora’s structured decision-making process.
  • Provide strategic guidance to teams driving cost initiatives, shape direction and outcomes.
  • Collaborate across functions to create execution plans, track progress, and ensure delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify opportunities, align stakeholders, and structure initiatives effectively.
  • Support capability building across the organization by providing tools, templates, and training
  • Ensure accurate reporting and governance alignment with the Results Delivery Office.

 

What We’re Looking For

Professional Qualifications:

  • Strong general business understanding and commercial acumen.
  • Experience in consulting, strategy, or business development roles.
  • Expertise in cost optimization, financial modeling, and business case development.
  • Solid understanding of transformation programs and governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Additional Information

  • Travel: Up to 10–15 days per year
