Manager, Brand Planning

We're looking for two dynamic Brand Planning Managers to drive our quarterly brand planning process—translating annual marketing strategies into quarterly ones that drive impactful, consumer centric & execution-ready campaigns. In this global role, you will ensure that quarterly and campaign objectives are met through stakeholder collaboration and relevant tools development that enable campaigns to be delivered with clarity, efficiency, and excellence. This role plays a critical part in enabling the success of our brand and marketing strategy by driving key global and market-facing deliverables. Through streamlining marketing processes and aligning quarterly objectives, it ensures that strategic plans are translated into clear, actionable outcomes—maximizing efficiency, consistency, and impact across markets.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing etc or equivalent relevant experience
- 3-5 years of strong experience in brand planning and / or management across campaigns and activations
- Proven ability to orchestrate campaigns across functions and ensure global consistency in market execution
- Understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) frameworks, toolkits, and cluster adaptation needs
- Strong business acumen, connecting quarterly planning and performance with strategic objectives
- Solid skills in insights integration, analytical review, and performance tracking
- Effective stakeholder and agency management, with excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Support Quarterly Strategic Planning
- Translate annual brand strategy into quarterly marketing priorities.
- Develop the prioritization frameworks and KPI tracking aligned with quarterly objectives.
Campaign Briefing & Collaboration
- Support the creation of Integrated Marketing Campaign Briefs (IMCB) by gathering inputs from internal teams (e.g., Insights, Markets, Collections) and external partners.
- Ensure briefs are clear, aligned with strategic direction, and actionable for execution teams.
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Collaborate with Insights and Marketing Operations to monitor campaign performance and quarterly marketing impact.
- Consolidate insights and learnings to inform future planning cycles.
Process & Workflow Coordination
- Work with relevant stakeholders to support the implementation of the campaign development process across global and local marketing teams.
- Identify and help resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure smooth campaign development and execution.
Operational Tools & Frameworks
- Create, maintain and update marketing planning tools (e.g., MAL, digital calendar, templates) to support quarterly and annual planning.
- Ensure tools are adopted and used consistently across teams.
Cross-Functional Engagement
- Act as a liaison between Brand Planning and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity in campaign planning.
- Facilitate communication and documentation to support strategic and operational consistency.
Executional Excellence
- Ensure strategic plans are translated into clear, actionable deliverables for marketing teams.
- Support the Brand Planning Function in driving consistency, simplicity, and impact across all brand planning outputs.
