Pandora is looking for an AI Platform Manager to define and deliver the strategy behind our enterprise AI platform.

 

Our Data & Analytics (D&A) AI team is pushing the boundaries of cutting-edge innovation at Pandora.

Our commitment to leveraging AI across the supply chain, from automation in manufacturing to driving personalised experiences.

 

This role is key in defining the AI platform strategy and delivery across Pandora, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient delivery of AI capabilities.

 

You will lead and manage a cross-functional team of MLOps, DevOps, and ML Engineers, and collaborate with business, data and technology stakeholders to drive adoption of AI infrastructure, patterns and tooling. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge of AI/ML systems with strong product leadership and people management skills.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Platform Strategy & Operating Model

  • Define and evolve the AI Platform strategy, operating model, including governance, lifecycle management, and team structures.
  • Develop a long-term roadmap for infrastructure, tooling, and services that support scalable AI development and deployment.
  • Support the development of AI shared services and reference architecture.
  • Advise and drive AI Platform adoption

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of MLOps, DevOps, and ML Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and excellence.
  • Drive hiring, performance management, and career development within the team.

Product Management

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of platform features including model training orchestration, deployment pipelines, observability, and governance.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear product specifications and success metrics.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the central point of contact for AI platform across Pandora.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineering, and business teams to align platform capabilities with strategic goals.

Technical Enablement

  • Ensure seamless integration with Pandora’s SaaS and Platforms (Kafka, Databricks, etc).
  • Champion best practices in MLOps, model lifecycle management, and cloud-native infrastructure.

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor platform performance, usage, and cost efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, metrics, and experimentation.
  • Enforce high cybersecurity and access management by design.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years in engineering or product management of AI/ML platforms or AI infrastructure.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams (MLOps, DevOps, ML Engineers).
  • Strong understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and cloud-native infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • Hands-on experience with ML and GenAI platforms, like Databricks, Domino, Mosaic AI, Foundry AI or similar.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g. Scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, Tensorflow). deployment tools (e.g. MLflow), and data pipelines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to define and implement operating models for AI delivery at scale.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in computer science, systems architecture or AI.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks, demonstrating the ability to manage iterative development cycles and adapt to evolving requirements.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), enabling seamless deployment and scalability of AI solutions.
