Loyalty Specialist, Club & Campaign Management

We are looking for a Loyalty Specialist to join our Global Loyalty & Clienteling Team. In this role, you will lead our loyalty campaign strategy and execution related to integrated global marketing initiatives. Furthermore, you will take global leadership of Pandora Club, our current global benefits program, and you will act as reporting lead for a team that is heavily anchored in performance measuring.

 

Your role:

As a Loyalty Specialist, you will develop and execute loyalty aspects of global marketing campaigns in close collaboration with teams across Global Marketing. Your focus is to recruit to- and maximize the impact of our reward and benefit programs: My Pandora and Pandora Club. For Pandora Club you will work closely with cluster offices and local markets to align best practices and to roll out benefits and initiatives that drive customer engagement, sign ups and revenue. For both programs you will lead our work on reporting and deliver clear analytics to support decision making and optimization.

 

Furthermore, you will:

  • Develop Pandora’s global strategy for our current benefits program:  Pandora Club
  • Execute initiatives related to Pandora Club in close collaboration with cluster offices and other stakeholders
  • Take lead on integrating loyalty into our global marketing campaign roll out
  • Work hands-on with reporting and analytics across Pandora Club, My Pandora and other loyalty initiatives
  • Build a best practice strategy for Pandora Club in terms of program content and campaign initiatives
  • Serve as main point of contact for clusters and local markets and provide support to them on developing and executing loyalty campaigns
  • Set KPIs and track performance

 

Key requirements:

  • Relevant degree preferably within marketing or business
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in loyalty marketing, preferably with rewards and benefits programs within the retail industry
  • Proven track record of driving consumer engagement through concrete loyalty or CRM initiatives 
  • Strong expertise in CRM marketing and proficiency in e-mail marketing
  • Experience with driving audience segmentation
  • Expert in developing marketing campaigns that drive data capture and continued customer loyalty
  • Strong commercial understanding and experience with consumer behavior and consumer analytics
  • Accustomed to setting up reporting, analyzing results and to building recommendations based on performance data

  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
  • Highly organized, with an ability to work to deadlines, and to plan and prioritize short and long-term tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with an excellent grasp of the Engligsh language
  • Enjoy working with knowledgeable colleagues from different nationalities and functions in a dynamic and fast-paced, international environment.
