Specialist Clienteling & VIP Customers

We are looking for a Specialist to lead our Global Marketing efforts within Clienteling and initiatives targeting VIP customers. The role is part of the Global Loyalty & Clienteling team and aims to support our increased focus on customer engagement and on creating long lasting customer relationships through personalized consumer journeys.

 

Your role:

In this role, your focus will be to establish and execute our global strategy for clienteling, which will enable our sales associates in stores to have a 360 degree view of customers equipping them with tools to build lasting customer relationships. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation in our Global Office, our Digital Hub and cluster offices. In parallel, you will be responsible for our global strategy for VIP audiences and in close collaboration with our Customer Team you will design, test and execute optimal journeys for our most valuable customers.

 

Furthermore, you will:

  • Develop Pandora’s Global strategy for clienteling
  • Execute clienteling initiatives and tests in close collaboration with stakeholders in Tech & Digital, Retail and cluster offices around the world
  • Develop and implement global VIP audience strategy and design strong, personalized programs to engage customers
  • Act as global business owner for clienteling
  • Take lead on CRM journeys related to clienteling including aligning across the organization on data capture and consumer consent
  • Execute on marketing and CRM aspects of the clienteling strategy
  • Responsible for developing the future strategy for VIP customers
  • Drive reporting related to clienteling and VIP audiences and responsible for creating a platform for clear communication around program performance

 

Key requirements:

  • Relevant degree preferably within marketing or business
  • Minimum five years’ experience in a CRM-related role
  • Strong expertise in clienteling strategy
  • Experienced in designing consumer audience strategies and tactical consumer journeys
  • Omni-channel retail experience
  • Proficient in working with audience segmentation
  • Proven track record of lifting customer engagement and ROI through engaging programs, i.e. VIP programs
  • Strong commercial understanding and experience with consumer behavior and consumer analytics

 

Furthermore, we believe you:

  • Are passionate about CRM, clienteling, analytics and about creating engaging omni channel experiences for customers
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
  • Highly organized, with an ability to work to deadlines, and to plan and prioritize short and long-term tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with an excellent grasp of English language
  • Enjoy working with knowledgeable colleagues from different nationalities and functions in a dynamic and fast-paced, international environment
