Pandora is currently seeking a proactive, curious, and resilient Learning Specialist to join our Global Talent team in Copenhagen. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, this could be your next opportunity. Are you ready to start Crafting your Career in Talent at Pandora - the world's largest jewellery brand? If yes, read on!

The Learning Specialist is pivotal to delivering impactful learning experiences across Pandora. You’ll support key initiatives across Learning Solutions, Inclusion & Belonging, and Capability Building—working closely with partners across functions and regions. You’ll be trusted to work independently and expected to think critically, navigate shifting priorities with confidence, and take ownership of your work from idea to execution.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Co-creating and delivering learning strategies that include (but aren’t limited to) leadership development, capability building, high-performing teams, inclusion and belonging, and career conversations.
  • Designing engaging, inclusive, and multi-format learning materials for our diverse employee population - including retail and office-based teams.
  • Developing and deploying digital learning experiences through our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Translating complex information into intuitive, visual learning tools (infographics, graphics, process visuals, etc.)
  • Leading and facilitating initiatives that strengthen company culture and values.
  • Managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements.
  • Partner with the wider HR team on strategic projects that impact learning and development processes.

The Learning Specialist must live up to the Pandora core values of We Care, We Dare, We Dream, We Deliver. Our culture guides us in everything that we do and is an integral part of how we are successful. Adding to that, we’re looking for someone with a practical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and the confidence to run projects independently. You’ll need to balance independent ownership with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams—and you’ll need to stay cool when things shift quickly.

You likely bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Psychology, Retail, Business, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering both digital and in-person learning content.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Learning & Development best practices.
  • Working knowledge of tools such as PowerPoint, Articulate, LMS platforms, and creative/graphic design software.
  • A strong grasp of project and time management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in international and/or retail organizations is a plus.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Work independently and take initiative without needing all the answers up front.
  • Adapt easily when priorities shift—and keep others focused and calm in the process.
  • Think critically, ask the right questions, and connect the dots.
  • Bring a curious, growth-oriented mindset to how things are and how they could be.
  • Are comfortable balancing and managing multiple stakeholders and perspectives.
  • Value thoughtful execution and take pride in delivering quality results.
  • Use data to guide your thinking and decisions.
  • Solid problem-solving, analytical and negotiation skills.

Your new team

Pandora is a company with a big heart, and we take great pride in treating our people well. You’ll join a passionate, ambitious team within an international, high-impact function. You’ll report to the Director of Global Capabilities & DEI and play a key role in how we shape learning and culture across Pandora.
