About the Team:
We are the integration Platform Team, the glue that binds Pandora together. We build and enhance platforms that are used to connect all the other IT systems across Pandora, from online store to manufacturing.
We are a mature engineering team that appreciates quality and delivers on promise, respects opinions and dares to do the right thing, we care for our customers and each other.
The team is spread between multiple locations and has fully embraced hybrid work model.
What you will do:
We are looking for a Lead Engineer to bring expertise, ideas, and entrepreneurial spirit to impact all of Pandora by building, shaping and maturing integrations platforms organisation.

You will take care of the existing platform and will be designing and developing some of the most complex and innovative parts

You will be the one representing engineering needs and looking into the future of technology, being in tech means that you need to always keep running to stand still and the system that’s not taken care of deteriorates.

Being the expert on integrations means that you will be educating and elevating both our own team of skilled professional as well as the teams that are using our platform via better documentation, training materials and personal meetings.

Your experience:

Deep Java knowledge is a must. One of our platform is built using Java, and surrounding systems are using Java, .NET and Python – knowing Java is a must, knowing other languages is a plus

Spring Boot experience is plus

You have 6 years of experience in IT
-
Experience designing and supporting mission critical Tier 1 services.

Experience operating a high availability business-critical system, including cloud infrastructure, automated CI/CD pipelines and observability is a must. Experience with Azure and Kubernetes is a plus

Experience with Event driven architecture API platforms, and Kafka

You worked in Agile and DevOps teams.
