The Intelligence and Risk Analyst position at Pandora plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the company’s global operations by proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact its people, customers, and assets. This position is responsible for monitoring emerging threats, analysing intelligence data from various sources, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

 

Key accountabilities:

 

  • Risk and Threat Monitoring
    • Proactively monitor and assess risks and threats that could impact Pandora’s operations, including retail stores, manufacturing, distribution centers, and head offices. Collect, analyze, and interpret intelligence data from various sources to identify emerging risks. Provide real-time reporting on potential or active threats, ensuring immediate escalation to relevant stakeholders'
  • Data Collection and Analysis

Aggregate physical security reports from across the business to identify trends, patterns, and potential vulnerabilities. Use analytical tools to produce actionable insights and recommendations to mitigate identified risks.

  • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including retail operations, manufacturing, and distribution, to communicate risks and propose solutions. Build strong relationships with external intelligence providers and industry networks to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
  • Proactive Threat Mitigation
    • Develop and maintain systems and processes for monitoring global risks. Contribute to the development of protocols and procedures for responding to security incidents and mitigating risks.

 

KPI's:

 

  • Successfully implement risk mitigation strategies within an agreed timeframe.
  • Correlate intelligence reports, presentations, and dashboards that to effective decision-making or operational changes.

 

Background:

 

  • Proven experience in intelligence and data analysis, with a strong ability to interpret and synthesize complex information.
  • Background in data collection and analysis, preferably within a global or multinational context.

 

Personal Competencies:

 

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively relay findings and recommendations.
  • Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in retail security or familiarity with the retail sector. Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and intelligence platforms.
  • Knowledge of physical security measures and protocols.
