As part of expanding the Pandora Digital and Technology organization in Copenhagen, we are looking for an integration Business Analyst.

 

Your Role as an Integration Business Analyst:

 

The new Business Analyst (BA) has to be passionate about gathering and understanding requirements for business- and data flows, the person needs to have a good track-record with event-driven architecture (EDA), APIs and other integrations between systems. The person in the role will serve as the glue between business and IT, between our integrations platform team and product teams.

 

The BA will be part of a team that provides data integration capabilities through a platform shared across PANDORA. The team provides platform services, consulting to consuming and producing product teams as well as guidelines for integrations. The team also supports the architectural roadmap ensuring new technologies are reviewed to better serve current and future business use cases where integrations are needed. Working across product teams, the person should be able to quickly understand business requirements and to provide the right guidance and support.

 

Acting as the key interface between users and project managers, the new BA will gather information, document processes, and confirm the final documents with users.

 

The new BA will provide guidance, assistance and map data schemas with 360 degree view of the business in collaboration with both source and target product teams.

 

In collaboration with the architects and product manager, the BA will draw up detailed dataflows and document the key business processes of Pandora. The BA will be the link in building up high quality QA for all our flows.

 

The person in this role should enjoy investigating and pushing for the right amount of analysis. The role should be filled with an open and honest person that will pride itself on abilities to find the right solution to complex issues.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Independently drive the analysis of new integrations with product teams of consuming and producing applications.
  • Proposing solutions to an organization’s leaders, and keeping them updated with progress.
  • Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies.
  • Collect input from key stakeholders and describe, document and create presentations for communication and decision-making purposes.
  • Handle requirement analysis and management effectively.
  • Identify and recommend suitable solutions to situations often encountered in a business environment.
  • Actively participate in daily, weekly & sprint-related team meetings and brainstorming activities related to the project issues, collaborate with development and involvement in QA/testing and launching of e2e implementations.

  • You have a good comprehension of IT and experience with optimization projects or can demonstrate profound interest and/or competences within the field.
  • As a person you are ambitious, energetic and find it easy to understand new processes and are willing to go the extra mile to accomplish your tasks and goals. You are motivated by challenging assignments, you absorb new knowledge quickly, and you are always open for developing new competencies.
  • Strong communication skills: able to understand and balance perspectives and find common ground between parties across divides.
  • Adaptable and change-resilient, working well in a dynamic fast-paced global environment, accepting new ideas and initiatives and making positive use of opportunities presented.
