Pandora is increasing its maturity in the information security arena to align with its corporate and digital strategies to leverage data in a more robust fashion. To that end, the Global Security team needs a competent and motivated Information Security Specialist to support and drive compliance throughout the organization.  

 

The Cyber Security Governance, Risk Management and Compliance team is responsible for managing and refining the Information Security Management System at Pandora. We work with the Retail, Manufacturing and other parts of the Digital & Technology organizations within Pandora to improve our ability to identify, manage and reduce risks. The team is responsible for setting the overall direction for cyber security, managing relevant risks and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards.

Key Accountabilities:

 

Information secuirty complianace support:

 

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the compliance function to ensure adherence to information security regulations, internal policies, and best practices. 
  • Perform ongoing monitoring and analysis of information security compliance. 
  • Track and report compliance status and issues to senior management. 
  • Develop, maintain and update compliance documentation. 
  • Support the planning and execution of an annual cyber security maturity assessment. 
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate Pandora’s cyber security posture. 
  • Prepare reports and presentations regarding assessment findings and recommendations. 
  • Assist in the development, review, communication and maintenance of information security policies and standards. 
  • Support the process for handling policy exceptions, including documentation and approval workflows. 
  • Work closely with other members of the GRC team and support various compliance initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with different Pandora functional teams and departments to ensure compliance requirements are understood and met. 
  • Communicate compliance-related information effectively to stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Identify opportunities for improving the compliance function and recommend enhancements, where necessary. 

 

Background and experience:

 

  • 1-3 years of experience working in or around a Technology Compliance role (IT Audit, Consulting, etc.) 
  • At least 2 years of direct experience in Cyber/Information Security role 
  • 2-4 years of experience in the Information Technology field 

 

Personal Competencies:

 

  • Initiative-taking, driven and detail-oriented collaborator
  • Strong understanding of systems and technology 
  • Understanding of Information security frameworks (ex. ISO27001 or NIST CSF) 
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and functions 
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills  
  • Self-motivated and ability to follow directions meticulously  
  • Strong attention to detail, specifically in analysis and reporting 
  • Strong problem solving and solutioning skills 
  • Ability to work comfortably in complex and challenging environments.
