Pandora is increasing its maturity in the Cyber Security arena to align with its corporate and digital strategies to leverage data in a more robust fashion. To that end, the Global Security team needs a competent and experienced Cyber Security Compliance Manager to drive compliance throughout the organization.  

 

The Cyber Security Governance, Risk Management and Compliance team is responsible for managing and refining the Information Security Management System at Pandora. We work with the Retail, Manufacturing and other parts of the Digital & Technology organizations within Pandora to improve our ability to identify, manage and reduce risks. The team is responsible for setting the overall direction for cyber security, managing relevant risks and ensuring compliance to our policies and standards.

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Responsible for building and maintaining the Global Security Compliance program
  • Responsible for maintaining the Global Security Policies and Standards, including exception management
  • Responsible for annual Global Security maturity assessment
  • Responsible for managing the Cyber Security Crown Jewels methodology
  • Responsible for Cyber Security-related ITGCs and managing the relationship with external IT Auditors
  • Responsible for creating and managing internal/external business relationships (advisor)

 

KPI's:

 

  • Global Security Policies and Standards update
  • Exceptions tracked and managed
  • Maturity assessment metrics
  • Crown Jewels identified and monitored
  • ITGC and IT Audits managed without major non-conformities

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 5 years of experience working in or around a Technology Compliance role (IT Audit, Consulting, etc.)
  • 3 years of direct experience in Cyber/Information Security role
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Information Technology fiel
  • Strong understanding of systems and technology
  • Strong understanding of IT compliance frameworks, including ISO27001, NIST CSF
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and functions
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including technical and executive levels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex projects and tasks
  • Self-motivated and ability to follow directions
  • Strong attention to detail, specifically in reporting
  • Strong problem solving and solutioning skills, especially in creating new solutions.
  • Ability to work in complex and challenging environment without
