HR Generalist Nordics (m/f/d) – Hamburg or Copenhagen

The HR Generalist for the Nordics plays a key role in delivering efficient, accurate, and employee‑centric HR operations across the region. The position ensures high‑quality management of employee data, smooth execution of core HR processes, and reliable preparation of payroll‑relevant information. By supporting both local HR initiatives and global projects, the role contributes to a consistent employee experience and operational excellence.
WE DELIVER - Let's deliver together:
- Daily operational HR tasks related to our operations in the Nordics
- Administrative HR support (contracts, work policies, etc.) for the Nordics
- Management of employee data
- Preparation of input for reports (absences, bonuses, etc.)
- Coordinating implementation of local HR initiatives (meetings, trainings, surveys, etc.) in the Nordics and supporting global/ cluster HR projects
- Handling HR questions from employees in the Nordics
- Preparing input for the payroll in the Nordics
- Conduct the onboarding of new colleagues in the Nordics
- Administer benefits in the Nordics
- Support the HR team members with operational tasks in other countries
- Support HR BP with negotiations
WE DREAM - This is what we dream of:
- Bachelor’s degree in (international) Management, Human Resources, Economics, Business, or a similar field
- 1-3 years of experience in operational HR work, ideally in an international environment
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Success Factors) is desirable
- Basic understanding of payroll processes and ability to correctly prepare payroll-relevant data
- Independent, proactive way of working in close cooperation with relevant international stakeholders
- Reliability and accuracy, especially when working with sensitive data
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Independent, proactive approach to work
- Ability to collaborate in an international team
- Reliability and accuracy, especially when working with sensitive data
- Strong problem-solving skills and pragmatic thinking
- Flexibility to support multiple countries simultaneously
- Very good English skills; Swedish or Danish advantageous
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Open to travel (approx. 15 days/year)
