About the team:


We are currently on an ambitious journey to deliver on Pandora’s Phoenix Growth strategy. Part of this is centred around digitalisation, and we have recently embarked on one of the largest transformation programmes in Pandora’s history – our ERP Transformation. This Business Transformation will fundamentally change the way in which Pandora operates, providing a seamless and integrated experience where systems speak to each other, where we implement new technology, and where we bring employees on the journey with us.


To support and enable this global transformation, we are looking to hire a HR Business Partner to join our team at our Global HQ in Copenhagen. This person will primarily partner and support the VP Business Transformation in defining and executing on the People Plan for the ERP Programme and ensuring that we are looking ahead and using foresight in preparing for activities.


The role is anchored within HR and reports to the HR Director for the Global Digital & Technology function, however, it will also have day-to-day reporting into VP Business Transformation and will be part of the core-team driving the ERP transformation.

Your role as HR Business Partner: 


  • Business Partnering with VP Business Transformation to define the people and organisation roadmap for the programme.
  • Driving the people and org agenda within the cross-functional core working team (consisting of finance, change & communications, HR, programme management).
  • Working with the Business Transformation core team to define the narrative and messaging to People Leaders, and any training attached to this.
  • Initiating and driving the roadmap related to capability mapping and capability building/training when it comes to new technologies and new ways of working.
  • Being the ‘air traffic controller’ between the resourcing  needs from the programme, and the HR team, ensuring that resourcing needs are met and that we have a structured approach and governance around how we manage head count.
  • Partnering with HR CoEs to ensure that the overall programme needs are met across Talent, Leadership, People Technology, Performance and Reward, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Defining and executing on org-transformation and related changes, in partnership with the leaders, HRBPs and Cluster & Manufacturing HR teams.
  • Leading on a range of projects across your business area, that improve the employee and people leader experience, related to ERP.



What is needed to succeed:


  • Ideally, experience of working as both an HR Business Partner and a Project Manager/Transformation Partner.
  • A growth mindset and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and solve problems independently.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a key focus on a collaborative work style
  • Previous experience of building and executing a people agenda/people plan
  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle within a global organization
  • Strong Project Toolbox experience within a HR Business Partner role
  • Experience of partnering closely with HR centres of excellence, in order to meet business objectives.
