About the Role:

  • Act as a thought partner and advisor to VP and Director-level leaders, providing expert guidance on talent management, succession planning, and organisational design.
  • Lead on performance and talent review processes, ensuring alignment with our global people priorities.
  • Drive engagement and employee experience initiatives across the Global Office population, in alignment with local and global efforts.
  • Support organisational transformations and changes in structure, size, or ways of working, ensuring people implications are effectively managed.
  • Provide day-to-day coaching and support to people leaders on complex people matters, partnering with HR Operations to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Take ownership of key moments in the annual people cycle including performance calibration, pay reviews, and forecasting.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects that build capability, improve the employee experience, and drive culture.
  • Champion data integrity and insights, supporting the delivery of accurate people analytics and actionable workforce planning.

About You:
You are a proactive, commercially-minded HR professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You’re known for your ability to build strong relationships at all levels and deliver outcomes in complex, fast-paced environments.

You bring:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a large, matrixed, global organization.
  • Strong background in talent management, organisational development, and change.
  • Confidence in coaching senior leaders and challenging constructively.
  • Understanding of the full employee lifecycle and key people processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with workforce planning tools and HRIS (preferably SuccessFactors).
  • Solid knowledge of Danish employment law is an advantage.
