Along with our company, our Global Talent Acquisition team is also growing, and today it covers over 13 global locations with responsibility for over 10,000 hires per year. 

 

As HR Analyst, your key responsibility is to ensure the data reporting and operations of our team. This includes running and monitoring all our data collection, managing the schedule of the VP of Talent Acquisition, preparing presentations, and finally processing and monitoring payments to third party suppliers. As a key member of the team, the HR Analyst position will also take responsibility for the overall team environment and think of ways to increase team morale through events or team activities. Key accountabilities include:

  • Collection, monitoring and dashboarding of key recruitment data globally.
  • Managing the schedule for VP of Talent Acquisition, team meeting agenda and other calendar activities.
  • Managing payments processing and tracking of budget.
  • Other activities in support of key recruitment projects.

Analytical, accountable and strong EQ

Adding to this, you are humble, enthusiastic, and you enjoy engaging with stakeholders across all levels in the organisation. Furthermore, we hope you have or can demonstrate:

 

  • Maximum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Data & Analytics or similar
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, Business Development, Finance, Marketing or similar
  • Experience in data management and HR is preferable
  • Ability to organise, report, analyse and translate data sets into business insights
  • Good communicator with the ability to deliver results in a simple manner to senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
