Group FP&A Specialist

We are looking for a Group FP&A Specialist to join Pandora’s Group Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The role offers flexibility across both the Reporting and Planning functions of FP&A, depending on fit of skills and interest. This is an ideal position for someone, ready to contribute to and learn from a high-performing team.
The position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to critical reporting and planning processes as well as performing ad hoc analyses, offering high visibility and impact. In addition, you will participate in providing material to Group ELT and Board of Directors. In this role you will be involved in many exciting and impactful financial activities, including but not limited to:
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing the Group Management Reporting Package
- Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, providing insights to internal stakeholders
- Execute key month-end processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial analysis
- Maintain a high standard of data integrity, delivering precise and accurate financial information
- Collaborate with Investor Relations for external financial reporting needs
- Assist the Group Financial Planning Processes including long-term plans
- Develop simulations models covering a variety of financial scenarios
- Convert financial analysis into key messages and recommendations to Executive and Board meetings
- Manage ad hoc senior stakeholder requests up to CFO level
- Identify and drive process improvements with an impact on the wider finance organization

Something about you

- A master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with HFM or similar systems is a plus.
