Group FP&A Manager

As Group FP&A Manager you will be a part of the Global Finance team. This is a critical role in the delivery of the Group's management accounts, completing key month end close processes and providing high level financial analysis that will be presented to senior management.
As FP&A Manager you will have extensive exposure to senior stakeholders in the business completing monthly performance reporting processes as well as ad-hoc analytics on growth numbers and company P&L specifically for our CFO. Moreover, you will provide financial reporting for both the ELT and BoD.
Further responsibilities include:
- Support analysis and presentation of the Group management accounts - which is shared with senior management
- Ensure timely completion of key month end processes and high level financial analysis
- Be competent across a variety of monthly & quarterly reporting processes, including Group gross margin reporting and monthly performance reporting to the Board of Directors
- Maintain a high level of data output quality, ensuring financial information provided is accurate and precise
- Maintain associated financial system & models to support production of Group results
- Manage ad hoc senior stakeholder requests and support senior management up to CFO level
- Investigate monthly actuals vs forecast at both Group and market level
- Support other functions, such as Investor Relations for external financial reporting purposes and Group Accounting
- Serve as a link between the Global Finance Team and Pandora Production Thailand on manufacturing performance. Production Finance knowledge is a plus in this regard
- Prepare high level insight to senior stakeholders on monthly P&L position
- Capture key business performance drivers for actuals vs benchmarks, engaging with the business to ensure accuracy
- Maintaining a business oversight role with monthly financial factbooks sitting within Global business services
- Proactively support the business by developing actionable insights in close collaboration with key stakeholders

Professional Experience
- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience
- Business commercial skillset, understanding the businesses growth drivers
- Highly detail oriented, with the ability to draw out key messaging for senior management
- Must have experience conversing with senior management, as there is direct exposure with the Group CFO
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, allowing for clear and effective interactions with colleagues and stakeholders
- Be able to thrive in a fast paced environment both as an individual and team player
- Advanced user in excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Experience using consolidation systems (usage of HFM a plus)
