Graphic Designer - Dynamic Content, Creative Team (BRACO)

Would you like to join the internal agency at Pandora and be a part of a multidisciplinary team of creatives that drive the visual and communicational expression for the Pandora brand?


About the job

You will craft creative assets in close partnership with other creatives and the rest of Brand & Communication (BRACO) team. You are at ease on omni-channel projects that clearly articulate 360 campaigns. The role should provide inspiration, innovation, and creativity and flair with focus on Digital and Interactive Content.



Reporting to the Head of Dynamic Content, the Graphic Designer will:

  • Develop creative assets for communication campaigns on targeted audiences across main digital channels: banners, website, e-mail, social

  • Understand the commercial aspects of communication briefs, to ensure that our campaigns are relevant to consumers and meet objectives

  • Adapt creative work to channel requirements, ensuring “channel-first” executions

  • Present work to marketing/brand teams and management

  • Bring graphic expertise and channel execution knowledge into the creative development process, feeding into conception, shooting and post-production phases.

  • Help shape new ways of delivering content, being part of the multi-disciplinary Dynamic Content team, which will bring innovation in terms of content ideation and development (e.g. fully personalized dynamic assets).



  • Team player with strong interpersonal relation skills

  • Proactive, autonomous, dynamic, with a start-up mindset and the ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Creative skills, proven examples of producing high-level work

  • Detail oriented

  • Experience with data insights, with the ability to apply insight to creative content

  • Experience with Creative Management Platform e.g. Ad-lib, Celtra, and Smartly

  • Open to learn new tools and drive new process workflows

  • Self-motivated and eager to keep learning and growing

  • Fluent in English, speaking and writing
