A new 12-month maternity cover opportunity has arisen for a Graphic Designer – Global Campaigns. This role is essential in shaping the visual expression of our global brand through high-impact campaign assets across digital, social, retail, and event touchpoints.
Reporting to the Creative Manager within the Global Campaigns team, the Graphic Designer will bring a digital-first mindset and a passion for crafting premium, engaging content that elevates our brand worldwide. This person will collaborate closely with Art Directors, strategists, writers, and external creative partners to deliver high-quality design work that supports global initiatives and delivers standout brand experiences.
The Graphic Designer ensures that every visual output not only aligns with brand guidelines but also pushes creative boundaries—transforming briefs into bold, scroll-stopping creative that drives engagement and strengthens brand affinity on a global scale.
Key Accountabilities:
- Design high-quality digital assets including website visuals, CRM emails, organic and paid social, digital campaign materials, motion graphics, and event collateral.
- Translate brand and campaign briefs into bold, scroll-stopping creative concepts that elevate the brand across all touchpoints.
- Craft premium digital-first experiences while ensuring consistency across physical and print executions when needed.
- Work cross-functionally with designers, writers, strategists, project managers, and production to produce cohesive, insight-driven creative.
- Contribute to the development of integrated campaign ideas, maintaining visual excellence from concept to final delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Uphold and champion brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art Direction, or a related creative discipline.
- 3+ years of professional experience in an graphic design, with strong campaign and visual storytelling work in a global context.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design work: web assets, social content, campaign design, motion graphics, or similar.
- Excellent typography and layout skills, Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Acrobat).
- Solid understanding of digital design principles including layout, typography, colour, responsive design, and user-centric visual storytelling with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams, working effectively with strategy, copy, and account teams.
- Motion/animation experience.
What is needed to succeed:
We’re looking for a creative and organized individual with:
- Strong graphic design skills and experience in presentation design, animations, and visual storytelling, with an understanding of design communication across differing strategic stages.
- Interest in jewelry, fashion, arts and culture with an ability to turn recent and relevant insights into compelling graphic ideas and visual storytelling.
- A proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative approach to managing and communicating clearly with multiple creative stakeholders, balancing input, direction and feedback and managing iterating revisions on presentations independently.
- Visual Storytelling: Ability to translate abstract brand ideas into compelling, consumer-facing visuals.
- Postproduction & Video Editing: Skilled in video postproduction, animation, and moving image editing, with experience in storyboarding and crafting engaging visual narratives.
- Toolkits & Localization: Skilled in building scalable creative toolkits and ensuring effective localization across regions and languages.
- Trend Awareness: Strong grasp of market, design, and cultural trends that inform fresh, relevant creative development.
