About the Role:
Pandora is looking for a Global E-Commerce Specialist to support the rollout of our ecommerce platform into new markets. This role will focus on ensuring smooth market entries and enhancing the overall online customer experience. You will work closely with both local and global teams to execute the rollout plan, ensuring alignment between local market requirements and Pandora’s global standards.
The role will involve coordinating tasks such as local setup, monitoring progress against agreed timelines, and facilitating workshops and communication between cross-functional teams. You will also ensure that each market’s website meets both local and global guidelines, collaborating with teams in Marketing, Global Operations, Tax, Legal, and Compliance.
This is a dynamic and high-impact position where you will play an important role in supporting the successful expansion of Pandora's online presence into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the rollout of Pandora’s ecommerce platform to new markets by aligning market needs with digital development.
- Work closely with both local and global teams to ensure that all local requirements are met while adhering to global guidelines.
- Assist project leads by tracking milestones and collaborating with stakeholders across various departments, including Marketing, Tax, Legal, and Merchandising.
- Facilitate effective communication between local and global teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide support in training local teams, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to operate the ecommerce platform effectively.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Meet deadlines in the rollout projects to new markets.
- Ensure alignment and collaboration between global and local teams for smooth implementation.
- Ensure that ecommerce platforms in new markets meet the agreed-upon requirements for functionality and features.
About You:
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual with strong collaboration skills. You should have experience working in a commercial function, such as ecommerce trading, merchandising, or sales, and be able to manage tasks effectively across diverse teams. The ideal candidate will have the ability to stay focused under tight timelines while delivering high-quality results.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a commercial function, such as sales, eCommerce trading, merchandising, or similar, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration.
- Alternatively, experience in warehouse operations for small fulfillment setups is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across different regions.
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics and AB testing tools.
- Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders in various regions.
- Willingness to travel (5-10 days per year).
