About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Talent Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing talent strategies that align with our global business objectives. Reporting directly to the VP Talent, the Global Talent Manager will partner with our HR directors to support senior leaders, and will play a critical role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent across our organization.
You will be overseeing the global talent management agenda, and your scope of responsibility will include various areas such as leading the talent development process globally as well as the succession planning process globally.
A key part of the role is ensuring Pandora keeps building an efficient and effective talent factory. This role is central to ensuring that Pandora’s leadership pipelines are robust, supporting business continuity, transformation, and long-term growth
Some of your key accountabilities will be:
- Talent Development: Design and implement talent development processes and initiatives globally, to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Succession Planning: Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
- Talent Health Insights: Leverage talent data and insights to shape strategic decisions on readiness, mobility, and pipeline diversity.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Global Standards: Embed a consistent talent and succession framework across markets,
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Team-player with strong influencing and interpersonal skills
To succeed in this role, you possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels. You have an enterprise mindset and can leverage your experience to work effectively with our HRC&S Leadership Team and our Cluster HR Directors.
In addition to being a thought leader you will have a hands-on approach to effectively manage and deploy multiple projects and training activities that come your way. We hope that you have and can demonstrate:
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
Additionally, your background should include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree appreciated.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management is a must
- Proven track record of developing and implementing a successful talent agenda
- Proven experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide talent strategies
- Strong understanding of global talent processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in SAP

This job is based in Copenhagen. Collaboration is key for us and sharing work location has united us as a team, we therefore expect you to live in Denmark and work in our Copenhagen Office.
