Lead the Supply Chain for Pandora’s Point of Sale Materials (POSM)
As a Supply Planner within Pandora’s Global Supply Chain team, you will play a pivotal role in owning and optimizing the supply planning process for our Point of Sale Materials (POSM)—a critical part of our global retail experience. This is a high-responsibility role where you’ll drive planning performance and supply continuity across our distribution centers.
You’ll act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, freight partners, and stakeholders across global and regional functions, ensuring that product availability, service levels, and cost efficiency are consistently achieved.

What you will be responsible for:

Own the end-to-end supply planning process, ensuring high product availability and optimal inventory levels across our global distribution centers

Manage supplier and logistics partner performance, ensuring on-time, in-full deliveries and proactively addressing disruptions

Serve as the single point of contact for availability outlooks and recovery planning, providing clear updates and insight to global and regional stakeholders

Lead key process improvement initiatives, identifying ways to enhance cost efficiency, planning accuracy, and responsiveness

Drive the transition to standardized supply chain reporting tools (Athena), ensuring data reliability and best practice adoption

Collaborate closely with stakeholders (Global Merchandising, Store Creative & Design) to align supply planning with demand forecasts, promotional calendars, and product lifecycles

Contribute to the broader Supply Planning team by sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and championing operational excellence

What we are looking for
We are looking for a fact-based, results-oriented team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will need sharp analytical skills, the ability to work with large data sets, and the confidence to present insights clearly and simply. A curious and humble mindset—open to feedback and cross-functional collaboration—is essential.
We would love to see that you have or can demonstrate:

1-3 years of experience in supply planning, logistics, procurement, or a related supply chain role

A relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or Economics; a master’s degree is preferred

Experience working in a global, matrix organization; knowledge of retail, fashion, or FMCG is an advantage

Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with complex data

Experience using ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, AX, O9); Power BI or Athena experience is a plus
-
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies

A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to lead change and contribute to broader business initiatives

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
