We are actively seeking a new Global Reward Specialist to join our dynamic Global Office team in Copenhagen, with a direct reporting line to the Director of Global Reward.
You will leverage your advanced analytical and data modeling skills to empower the Global Reward and Performance teams, driving solutions and enhancing process effectiveness. You will be part of a growing Performance & Reward team that values collaboration and individual development. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to join at an exciting time.
 
Key responsibilities include:

  • Playing a pivotal role in the annual reward review, collaborating with fellow reward professionals.
  • Supporting all annual remuneration review processes and policies, encompassing salary reviews, benefits, incentive schemes, salary survey benchmarking, and recognition.
  • Delivering high-quality data analysis to robustly underpin the development and implementation of the performance and reward strategy, policies, and processes.
  • Managing large volumes of people data with precision and speed, actively participating in salary surveys to ensure access to the latest market data.
  • Contributing to the evaluation of external reward trends, ensuring our policies at Pandora align with best practices.

Something about you

We anticipate you have the following skills/qualifications:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • + 2-3 years in compensation and/or reward
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with some exposure to Power BI and Office 365 preferred
  • Collaborative mindset to work across functions
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Ability to manage projects flexibly and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with SuccessFactors & Mercer methodologies, especially IPE, is a great advantage
